Embracing Change and Shaping the Future: CISP Becomes a Participatory Foundation
 

On Saturday, June 21st, 2025, an Extraordinary Assembly meeting of CISP members approved the transformation of the Association into a Participatory Foundation. This strategic decision follows a thorough reflection on the global context in which we operate: marked by increasingly complex and interconnected crises, as well as emerging environmental, social, and geopolitical challenges.

CISP and the Colombian Ministry of Interior: A Concrete Commitment to Megabiodiversity and a Sustainable Future
 

CISP has partnered with the Colombian Ministry of Interior in an ambitious and successful initiative: Convenio 2246. This agreement aims to provide concrete solutions to the environmental challenges facing the country by implementing ecological restoration projects through a collaborative and participatory approach with local communities. The primary objective is the recovery, rehabilitation, and conservation of strategic ecosystems that have suffered degradation and are of vital interest to Community Action Organizations (OACs).
